Augustus is an enhanced browser version of the classic city-building game Caesar III, built using Emscripten and WebAssembly. It is a fork of the Julius project designed to incorporate various gameplay additions and quality-of-life enhancements such as roadblocks, global labor pools, market special orders, and zoom controls.
What you need
Files from your own copy of Caesar III. The page asks for them before you can play.
Good to know
Because of gameplay changes and added features, save files generated in Augustus are not compatible with vanilla Caesar 3 or the base Julius project.
