PES 6 Web Online is the PSP version of Pro Evolution Soccer 6 recompiled to WebAssembly by OptiJuegos (OptiProjects), playable in a browser without registration or install. The developer announced it on September 29, 2026 as an improved recompilation with an optional 60 FPS mode, L2 and R2 buttons, local multiplayer and room-based online play. The site is in Spanish.
How to play
- Pick a start option: original Spanish commentary, commentary by Mariano Closs (Argentina), or none, which the page calls lighter.
- In menus, the arrow keys or D-pad move, Enter or Cross accepts, and Esc or Circle cancels. The Controles button remaps keyboard and gamepad buttons per player.
- For online play, open Inalámbrico (Wireless) at the bottom of the in-game menu, then choose or create a room in the Online tab. Empty rooms are deleted after 15 minutes.
- To use an option file or saves, import a
.zipor aPSP/SAVEDATAfolder in the Partidas tab. They are stored in the browser; reload the page if the game is already running.
What you need
- Browser: a modern one with WebGL 2; the FAQ names Chrome, Edge and Firefox. The renderer picks WebGPU when available, otherwise WebGL 2. Keep hardware acceleration on.
- Input: keyboard, a USB or Bluetooth gamepad, or on-screen touch controls. The site warns that phones and tablets are not yet optimized.
- Files: none. About 300 MB of game data downloads as you play, or in the background if you turn that on in the General tab.
Good to know
- Frame rate is 30 FPS, as in the original, or an experimental 60 FPS. Internal resolution runs from 1x (480x272) to 3x (1440x816); the FAQ suggests 1x and 30 FPS on slower devices.
- An early October 2026 update moved online play to a new dedicated server and added Liga MX 2007 (18 clubs) and a full-stadium camera.
- The page says the project is not affiliated with Konami. Konami released the PSP version of PES 6 in December 2006 in Europe and Japan, and in February 2007 in North America.
