fheroes2

This page runs fheroes2 in the browser. fheroes2 is an open source recreation of the Heroes of Might and Magic II engine, written from scratch, and the WebAssembly build is by midzer. The project adds high-resolution graphics, improved AI, fixes and interface improvements. The original Heroes of Might and Magic II: The Succession Wars is a turn-based strategy game by New World Computing, published in 1996 by the 3DO Company.

How to play

Open the page and choose the load link. The download is about 60 MB. The game then runs on the page.

What you need

Nothing to install or upload. The page bundles the data from the free demo of the original game, with one map, so you get the demo, not the full game.

The project is under the GNU GPL v2.0.
